RingZ.ai is built to answer restaurant calls, take orders with modifications, answer menu questions, and confirm items before sending orders to the kitchen. Advanced document knowledge is planned; restaurants should confirm allergy-sensitive requests directly with their staff.
Confirmed orders flow to the kitchen dashboard, with SMS order confirmations for the guest. SMS payment links are on the roadmap. Your team should review incoming orders and handle exceptions.
