Terms of Service

Last updated September 22, 2026. Please read these terms before using RingZ.ai.

1. The service

RingZ.ai is an AI phone-answering service for restaurants, operated by RingAI LLC (“RingZ.ai,” “we,” “us”). RingZ.ai answers inbound calls to a restaurant's existing phone number using an AI voice agent, takes orders, answers menu questions, and streams confirmed orders to a kitchen dashboard. By signing up for or using RingZ.ai, a restaurant (“Customer,” “you”) agrees to these Terms.

2. Beta / early-access status

RingZ.ai is in early access. Some features described on this website are still in active development and are labeled “Coming Soon” where that is the case. Features may change, and the service may experience the kind of interruptions typical of an early-stage product. We will do our best to communicate significant changes to Customers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use RingZ.ai for any unlawful purpose, or to record calls without providing any disclosure or consent required by applicable law.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Use RingZ.ai to transmit spam, malware, or fraudulent content.
  • Misrepresent your identity or your restaurant's identity when creating an account.

4. Payment terms

Paid plans are billed on the cadence and at the rate shown on our Pricing page at the time of signup. Pay-as-you-go usage is billed per minute of call time handled. Prices are subject to change with notice to active Customers before the change takes effect.

5. Cancellation

Monthly plans can be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and there are no long-term contracts on Essential, Pro, or Pay As You Go plans. We do not currently offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

6. Disclaimers

RingZ.ai is provided “as is” and “as available.” As an early-access, AI-powered product, RingZ.ai may occasionally misunderstand a caller, make an error in an order, or experience downtime. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingAI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost orders, arising from your use of RingZ.ai. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify active Customers.

9. Governing law

The governing law and venue for these Terms will be specified here once finalized with counsel.
